The ISG Jackson Academy

Training

In addition to the development programme we operate a significant training programme for all of our staff. Every member of staff has a defined competence matrix which details all the training competences required by them in order to undertake their role. This includes the critical areas of health and safety, environment, IT, contract awareness, and general management and HR skills.

In 2007 the planned training programme includes for an average of four days training per employee across the business.
